IT Level 2 Support Engineer job available at growing MSP | Permanent | Geelong | Immediate start Your new company A growing Managed Service Provider in Geelong requires a Level 2 Support Engineer for a permanent opportunity commencing immediately. Your new role In this exciting new role, you will be: Providing 2nd level helpdesk and onsite IT support for clients. Administering and maintaining a range of systems and networks across a large client portfolio. Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware. Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and adoption of new technologies. Delivering a high level of customer service and communication. Handling escalations, whilst mentoring and training Level 1 Service Desk Engineers. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in your application, you will need: Demonstrated experience in providing Level 2 IT support. Sound knowledge of Windows 7-11, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange and Network troubleshooting. Excellent customer service & communication skills, both verbal and written. A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, Cisco and ITIL certifications are beneficial. Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider is highly advantageous. Current driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.
