The Role:
This role is a mixture of remote and onsite support.  With a broad range of technologies and industry verticals, there is plenty of variety to keep you on your toes.  As an organisation they have an emphasis on implementing quality solutions coupled with a strong customer service focus. 
  
The core aspects of the role include:  
Providing second and third level support, service requests, maintenance and troubleshooting services for a range of clients Acting as an escalation point for any cases the level 1 team are unable to resolve Assisting the project team with any tasks assigned to you Keeping accurate records in the service desk software and multitask a number of activities Able to prioritise workloads and manage your time efficiently to ensure all worked is performed in a timely manner About You:
You have a broad technical knowledge and worked in similar roles recently.  A natural communicator and mentor, you put both clients and peers at ease immediately when working with them to resolve issues.  Taking pride in your work, you don't cut corners which could leave your reputation exposed.   You're not afraid to jump in and handle problems head on when they arise and always keep client service front of mind.  Most of all you have a keen eye on culture and can do attitude and know how to get the best out of those around you.
  
Required Skills & Experience:   Windows Server admin, troubleshooting Navigating and supporting the M365 stack Virtualisation technologies such as VMware/Hyper-V Network monitoring and management Exposure to cloud technologies such as Azure & AWS Logical thinker and methodical at troubleshooting issues of any nature This full-time role can be an immediate start for the right person, and we are looking to talk with respondents rapidly.
