WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?As a Level 1 Support Engineer, you'll play a key role in troubleshooting IT support desk for our clients. Working closely with senior engineers, you'll support systems, networks, and cloud environments.
Key responsibilities include:Providing second-level support for Microsoft Server, Azure, and Office 365 environments.Managing VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and network configurations.Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, escalating when necessary.WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE...2+ years of experience in system and network administration.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server, Azure, Office 365, and networking concepts.Experience with VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls (configuration and troubleshooting).Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.TO BE CONSIDERED...Please either apply by clicking the link or emailing your CV directly to ******.
