WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? As a Level 1 Support Engineer, you'll play a key role in troubleshooting IT support desk for our clients. Working closely with senior engineers, you'll support systems, networks, and cloud environments.
Key responsibilities include: Providing second-level support for Microsoft Server, Azure, and Office 365 environments. Managing VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and network configurations. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, escalating when necessary. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE... 2+ years of experience in system and network administration. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server, Azure, Office 365, and networking concepts. Experience with VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls (configuration and troubleshooting). Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. TO BE CONSIDERED...
