Looking for a Level 1 IT Support Engineer to join my client on a 12 month contract.This client is leading entity inforeign exchange and are looking for a Level 1 IT Support engineer to join on a 12 month contract managing service desk requests from start to finish. They are looking for someone to start within 2 weeks with interviews to be conducted next week.The Role:Play a key role in a global Service Desk team, taking ownership for the Service Desk during the allocated time in the 24-hour schedule.Manage all types of Service Desk requests, ensuring that all requests are logged appropriately, with all the relevant information and placed in the correct queues.Take ownership for Service Desk requests, seeing them through from start to finish.Document resolution steps within completed requests.What you will bring:Tertiary level IT/computing qualification3+ years' experience in SupportStrong Experience with Service Desk tools (eg, FreshService or JIRA Service Desk)Extensive experience with Microsoft O365, IntuneExperience with MacOS and Apple Products.If this is something you are interested in click "apply" or send a copy of your CV to ****** and I will be in touch.
