The ICT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing Level 1 Desktop support for COX users and assist other engineers within the team when required. You will be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.Responsibilities:HelpdeskFirst point of contact for all IT related issues for the Melbourne studioMonitor the Helpdesk (HD) for new or updated requests for the Melbourne studio. HD requests should be picked up instantly and assigned, working through issues with users in a collaborative, timely fashionAssist other studios by monitoring their service requests and act when appropriateSoftware Asset ManagementEnsure compliance of deployed and licensed software and remediating where requiredAssist in developing and implementing strategies to ensure effective, cost-efficient procurement and usage within the COX Architecture networkMaintain accurate records and documentation throughout the procurement and operational lifecycle.Service Provider & Contract ManagementMaintain contractual records and documentation such as receipts, contract correspondence, and customer contact information sheetsMonitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.)Oversee vendor Service Level Agreement compliance with suppliers and service providersMonitor contract close-out, extension, or renewal of each agreementCreate, build and maintain open partnerships and relationships with major suppliers and service providers to ensure maximum value to COX ArchitectureMaintain and support a suite of mobile devicesExperience:Experience working with computersGood troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to build effective relationshipsStrong focus on customer serviceDemonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaborate as part of a teamExcellent time management with ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting prioritiesStrong attention to detailMotivated, punctual, and prompt to act on support requestsQualifications:Tertiary qualification preferredTo apply please forward a covering letter indicating your interest in the position, together with your CV and portfolio to ******.
