We service a diverse range of clients ranging from community-based patients, rehab patients, musculoskeletal pain management patients, MS Ax, EPCs, NDIS etc. As a physiotherapy team member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to our clients as well as decision-making regarding client's needs, developing personalised treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal outcomes. The patients will be a mix of clinic-based clients and community-based clients. We pride ourselves on the high-quality service we have been delivering to the Dubbo and surrounding region and are fiercely protective of the supportive workplace culture we have developed.About You / Relevant Skills:Ability to work autonomously and as part of the team.Great customer service attitude.Strong communication skills (verbal and written).Ability to adapt to a changing environment.Attention to detail.Critical thinking.Problem-solving.Key Responsibilities and Role:Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical abilities, functional status, and mobility.Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.Engage clients in discussion regarding treatment planning and goal setting to understand areas that need to be focused and improved on.Assess and treat patients both in the clinic and in the community and help improve their quality of life and well-being.Provide a range of physiotherapy services such as hands-on therapy, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education to promote recovery, independence, and overall well-being of the patients.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, caregivers, and support networks to ensure holistic care and continuity of treatment.Communicate with relevant multi-disciplinary team regarding patient progress.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.Complete patient reports in a timely and efficient manner.Follow treatment protocols from surgeons and doctors if required.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the best evidence-based practices.Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.Development of rehabilitation programs for patients, to keep them improving each session.Relevant Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.Current general registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
