We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Level 1/2 IT Support Technician to join our team in providing vital on-site support for an esteemed Aged Care client across three Adelaide locations. In this critical role, you'll not only ensure the stability and efficiency of IT systems within the facilities but also contribute directly to the quality of care experienced by residents.
Key Responsibilities:Provide on-site Level 1/2 IT support across three Aged Care facilities in Adelaide.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and RDS Servers.Perform general troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring minimal disruption to facility operations.Implement and support Microsoft Intune for device management and security compliance.Utilize Microsoft security tools to enhance and maintain the safety of IT systems across the sites.Maintain detailed records of all support interactions and updates in line with IT policies.Provide clear and empathetic communication with staff, understanding the unique needs of the Aged Care environment.Key Qualifications:2-3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a client-facing, on-site role.Strong skills in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and RDS Server management.Proven troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.South Australian driver's license (essential for site travel).Current flu shot (mandatory for work within Aged Care facilities).
