An exciting opportunity to join our development division as a Development Manager. You will drive the overall planning and delivery of new developments and value-add projects, ensuring they meet the requirements of the development brief.
Identify and detail development objectives Prepare and manage development feasibilities, budgets, cashflows and programmes. Identify and manage statutory approvals, design, construction, and completion activities. Lead the design and delivery teams, working closely with the Project Manager to identify and resolve issues and conflicts. Drive strong engagement with key stakeholders to ensure support for the Project Vision and agreed outcomes. What we like about you:
Knowledge and expertise in built-form property development. Apartment and Retirement Living development experience is highly valued. Solid experience managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver successful built-form outcomes. Proven track record of achieving results through influencing and strong relationship management skills. Working knowledge of the property development industry with a focus on the ability to tailor the product mix to suit varying market trends and customer sentiment. Expertise in project feasibility, cost and risk management Relevant tertiary qualification is highly valued About us:
