As our Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in delivering visual content solutions for the Leukaemia Foundation brand and sub-brands. You will be a creative force and brand custodian, combining graphic design and rich content like video to attract, inspire and retain our audiences. This includes our blood cancer community and passionate Leukaemia Foundation supporters.
This opportunity is a full time, permanent position. This role will be based out of our Adelaide office in Lightsview and there is flexibility around what days are worked. We are also open to considering applicants who are based in Brisbane or Melbourne.
We will trust you with: Work collaboratively to deliver design and rich content solutions to brief for various digital channels, products and campaigns. Deliver offline brand solutions to brief, including printed collateral, signage and outdoor media. Create and curate new brand assets and templates for shared resource libraries. Deliver enhancements to our brand system, including building processes and guidelines to support brand consistency and harmonisation. Help ensure Our People and partners adhere to the visual components of our brand guidelines. Does this sound like you: Tertiary degree within a graphic design discipline or 3+ years demonstrated experience in designing within branding guidelines and working with set creative concepts. Proven experience in delivering high quality visual designs and a thorough knowledge of design principles across traditional and digital media. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud programs, in particular InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premier Pro. Understanding and proven experience with production workflow, advertising, design, pre-press and print production. Strong experience designing for digital channels with an excellent understanding of best practice and design specifications by channel. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, projects and campaigns in a range of channels. High attention to detail and natural flair for composition. Excellent communication and time management skills. Proven experience producing and editing short-form video. Experience with Canva. Interest and experience in motion design. Basic photography skills. Experience using project management tools like Asana. Knowledge of FIA code and ethical fundraising practices.
