About the Role As a Letter of Offer Return Specialist, you will work closely with business stakeholders (Relationship Credit and Relationship Management teams), other parts of the COO-Institutional Australia function, and Product partners to deliver timely and optimised customer outcomes for lending facilities and collateral management. Your responsibilities include the receipt & validation of Letters of Offer and subsequent facility set up in core systems such as Orion and OCP. You may also conduct quality reviews of peer output to ensure excellent customer and banker outcomes. As a Letter of Offer Return Specialist, you will be accountable for: Building strong working relationships with business stakeholders to provide superior customer and banker support. Accurate and timely review of all Returned Letters of Offer to ensure compliance with execution requirements and policy. Accurate and timely set up of lending facilities in core systems such as Orion and OCP. Accurate and timely completion of other assigned tasks. Ensuring workbench/OCP/peer output reflects accurate information at all times. Contributing to a collaborative team environment within Customer Data and Documentation teams and other COO Institutional Australia business. Ensuring self-compliance with all Edge accreditation as well as compliance with documented processes, procedures, and policies. What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Detailed knowledge of banking systems such as CACHE, Orion, OCP, Loan IQ or a willingness to learn and a proven track record of being a fast learner. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through all issues to completion. Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure. Sound knowledge and ability to use Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. High quality verbal and written communication skills. Experience working within an operational environment. You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
