CHIEF STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS & ENGAGEMENT OFFICER Established in 1963, St Bart's is one of Perth's leading providers of accommodation and outreach services for vulnerable Western Australians experiencing, or at risk of homelessness, mental health challenges, trauma and hardship. About this Role As a member of the St Bart's leadership team, you will report to the CEO and have an ongoing interface with the St Bart's Board. Leading a small team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering St Bart's funding strategy in line with its organisational strategic plans and objective of increasing St Bart's reach and impact in the West Australian community.
Your remit will be broad and across St Bart's commercial partnerships, fundraising, marketing, public relations and community engagement functions. You will also be tasked with leading a significant capital campaign for St Bart's as it embarks on a major new development.
A key component of this position will therefore be creating, fostering and managing key relationships to support St Bart's commercial interests, in line with its vision, mission and advocacy.
About You We seek a proactive person, capable of developing and leading a small, responsive Partnerships, Communications and Engagement team which will be focused on innovation, growth and tangible commercial outcomes. You will also be comfortable using market data, insights and trends to support your strategic thinking and planning. This will be complemented by your enthusiasm to then deliver operationally on this strategy.
With a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, you will be collaborative, resourceful, creative, service-oriented, driven and results-oriented.
