Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership : Plan, execute, and optimise high-converting advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Google, YouTube, etc.). Funnel Ownership : Take full responsibility for the performance of ad funnels, from strategy to execution and beyond. Team Collaboration : Manage and direct creative teams, including editor, designer, and copywriter, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding. Performance Analysis : Monitor campaign metrics, analyse data, and implement changes to improve ROI and overall campaign performance. Market Research : Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to refine strategies. Offer Development : Create compelling offers and angles that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions. Continuous Improvement : Develop and implement systems for campaign testing, learning, and scaling. Required Experience: Proven track record in managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.). Strong experience in creating and managing high-converting funnels. Expertise in ad creative, copywriting, offer testing, and audience segmentation. Leadership experience managing and directing creative teams. Proficiency in analysing campaign performance data and optimising accordingly. Familiarity with tools like ClickFunnels, HYROS, Google Analytics, ActiveCampaign and similar platforms.
