Lentro Earthworks | Senior Project Engineer & Project Manager

We are currently seeking both a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer and Project Manager to lead and deliver civil construction projects across road, bulk earthworks, subdivision, and general civil works within the ACT and NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: We require unique skilled leaders to both lead and manage multi-disciplinary project teams, overseeing all aspects of project delivery and engineering requirements. Planning and Scheduling: You'll be required to develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and efficient project execution. Design and Engineering: Oversee aspects of the design and the engineering of civil infrastructure projects, including roadworks, earthworks, drainage, and structural elements. Construction Management: Manage construction activities, coordinate with contractors, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimise potential issues and delays. Contract Administration: Manage contracts, project budgets and finances and administer contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project reports, progress reports, and other relevant documentation. Qualifications and Experience:
Tertiary qualifications in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. 5+ years of experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects within Australia. End-to-end project experience is highly desirable. Proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to hit the ground running. Positive references from previous employers, demonstrating a stable employment history. Previous experience with projects valued at $5 million to $30 million or more.
