We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic and motivated Receptionist/Bookings Clerk.
Providing customers with a high level of customer service duties will include (but not limited to):
Managing receptionGreeting customers and answering callsBooking customers in for service and assisting with general service enquiriesThis is an excellent opportunity for a Receptionist/Customer Service person to join a friendly team.
RequirementsThe successful candidate will:
Be available to work full time Monday-Friday (no weekends)Have experience as a receptionistLiaise with clients/customersBe proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software applicationsHave excellent verbal and written communication skillsHave excellent phone mannerHave excellent customer service and focusBe friendly, a team player, drivenOnly successful applicants will be contacted.
