About the role: At Lendlease, operating safely across all operations and projects, and maintaining the physical and mental health of our people is a significant part of our culture and the way we do business. We are currently looking for an EHS Coordinator to join our WA business and help drive this culture of safety on an upcoming project in Perth CBD.
This role will see you work with the project team to lead safety on site. You will be responsible for driving EHS performance, providing technical insight to identify issues and trends, monitor compliance on staff and subcontractors with Lendlease EHS protocols and implementing safety and training initiatives to improve our safety performance.
To be successful you will need: At least 5 years prior experience in a Safety Coordinator/Advisor or EHS related position, from within the construction industry. Large-scale commercial and/or residential project experience is essential. An understanding and knowledge of local legal and regulatory health and safety requirements. Knowledge of safe working systems, legislation, rules, and procedures. Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.
