Lendlease is looking for a Portfolio Analyst to join the digital team. The core objective of the portfolio analyst is to support the Portfolio Managers across the Investments, Development and Construction businesses (IDC) build the right capability-aligned technology portfolio to support the strategic IDC Business objectives.
Working closely with key stakeholders across Business and Digital, the IDC Portfolio Analyst is responsible for contributing to capability-specific business architecture, supporting the management and prioritisation of demand, driving benefits realisation, and progressing the technology roadmap. Your responsibilities will include:
Working closely with the Portfolio Manager to:gain a commercial understanding of Business strategy and priorities, and technology needs and blockers research, collate, analyse and refine customer requirements to support solutioning, including the creation of process maps, decision trees, impact assessments, option analyses and other artefacts to help Digital SMEs deeply understand the desired outcome Supporting the relationship and messaging with Business segments:contribute to two-way communication channels with Digital teams around Business strategies, initiatives, and policies foster collaboration and transparent communication across Digital teams to promote efficient resource allocation, and seamless coordination to achieve agreed objectives ensure that feedback loops are closed through regular updates to Digital and Business stakeholders Supporting the Portfolio Managers to provide prioritised support for Business segment work-winning (eg bids and tenders for external customers), including coordinating Digital SMEs to assist with proposal development, pricing and commercial terms to ensure proposed service solutions are compelling, effective and deliverable Working with IDC team, Commercial and Cyber SMEs to create a calendar of core commercial, audit and other activities that will impact IDC applications and ensure the IDC team plans appropriately in terms of capacity and engagement Supporting Portfolio Managers to engage with Cyber, Business, Compliance and Applications SMEs to ensure Portfolio applications comply with industry standards, best practice and regulatory requirements About you:
2+ Years of Business Analyst or Business Domain or equivalent Understanding of the business domain as well as processes, concepts and best practices Experience working with stakeholders to develop solutions to solve business problems Strong planning and time management capabilities, able to manage own workload, follows tasks to completion and demonstrate logical prioritisation Human centred design approach to problem solving and solutioning At Lendlease we offer workplaces that unite diverse minds; where respect, equitable treatment and equitable opportunity are just the norm.
