We offer mortgage, consumer and credit loan facilities as well as products and services within superannuation, everyday transactions, savings, term deposits and insurance.Your Role:Lending Specialists proactively contribute to growth through needs-based member contact, timely & professional advice, exceptional service delivery, and ongoing relationship management with exclusive accountability for Home Lending (e.g.
home, investment, & construction loans) within their designated area.Lending Specialists also undertake generalist branch activities (e.g.
process counter transactions) that result in the achievement of performance targets across a variety of measures (including sales outcomes, portfolio growth, member experience, quality & compliance, and service delivery).
As such, Lending Specialists will also promote & sell new memberships, deposit products, travel products, & general insurance.Major Responsibilities:Branch Sales ResultsSignificantly contribute to achievement of regional budgets and targets, through direct sales of home loans and personal loan products by identification of referral.
The primary focus is on growing the home loan and consumer lending portfolio.

You will have strong retail lending experience, a solid knowledge of the local residential mortgage products and the real estate market within your regions.You possess the skill and ability to create new opportunities, convert leads and manage your pipeline.
You enjoy engaging with members proactively via outbound calling.
