As an integral part of this dynamic and successful team, you will act as the first point of contact between IMB branches, Business Banking, Lenders, Managers, Assessors and our lending customers in all facets of the administration process for our commercial loans. With four components to this role, Member Support, Mortgage Accounts, Settlements and Securities, we welcome your experience within a retail/commercial banking environment to assist us in ensuring all loans and accounts are administered and funded promptly.The RoleEnsuring a high level of service delivery, providing advice and assistance to our loan customers and staff regarding loan payout figures, break out costs, loan statements, loan terms, lump sum payments and any other mortgage related enquiriesAttending to settlements including liaising with solicitors and mortgageesArranging for production of documents for registrationDaily loan funding reviewProvide guidance on complex loan mattersReview, maintenance and actioning of regulatory and other reportsParticipation in process and project enhancements.We welcome applications from candidates who meet all or some of the following criteria including:Administration skills with a strong eye for detailA positive and can-do attitude and genuinely enjoy helping others and working together to achieve common goalsThe ability to identify issues/roadblocks and work through to effective solutionsThe genuine desire to learn and a mindset for continuous improvementA high level of computer/digital literacy, particularly MS OfficeEffective communication skills both verbally and written, in particular dealing with Third Parties/Legal RepresentativesThe ability to organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines within a structured and regulated banking environmentExperience within a retail/commercial banking environment and in particular residential lending or PEXA settlements is advantageous.About IMBIMB Bank is a leading member-owned bank offering a full range of products and services in both retail and business banking.
