Lending Operations Coordinator – Projects and Reporting Full time, continuing position located in Armidale or Port MacquarieTotal Remuneration Package (inclusive of superannuation) starting from $76,000Do you have knowledge of banking operations as they relate to lending operations functions, processes, systems, reporting, and user experience as well as a good understanding of project management methodologies with experience in supporting projects?

The role The Lending Operations Coordinator – Projects and Reporting is responsible for completing lending reporting, supporting and implementing Lending Operations projects aimed at enhancing the bank's lending operations functions, internal & external user experience, and operational processes.
The position requires a combination of project coordination skills, subject matter lending expertise, and a hands-on approach for executing reporting and project requirements.
This role will also support the two business units: 1.
Lending Services and 2.
Recoveries & Financial Assistance, in their daily operational activities.
Previous experience in a lending and/or project support role would be an advantage.
About you You are a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to develop positive, professional relationships across varied stakeholder groups and proactively facilitate collaboration.
You enjoy driving continuous improvement and having hands-on involvement in executing project requirements, and are comfortable in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
You also possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
This position will be perfect for you if you have experience both in lending operations and project management and execution and enjoy challenging autonomous work.
