Our growing Finance team is looking for a Lending Associate to support the team in ensuring a seamless customer experience. We are seeking candidates with 2+ years of experience looking for a chance to develop their career in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities Owning the relationship with our clients and providing amazing customer service. Reviewing loan applications and overseeing the pre-credit functions of the loan process. Preparing and analysing financial statements. Upholding compliance and maintaining data hygiene. Helping clients achieve the best finance outcomes through our network of over 40 financial institutions. Minimum Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Lending Associate. A relevant tertiary degree in Business, Economics, or Commerce. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite. A good grasp of the fundamentals of accounting – financial statements/tax returns, reading and analysing P&L and Balance Sheets, etc. A basic understanding of our key product suite: Home Loans, Commercial & Business Loans, Asset Finance & SMSF Lending. Experience inputting Home Loans into a Mortgage Broking CRM, such as MyCRM. An understanding of the basics around the "three C's" of lending – character, collateral, and capacity. Why Work With Us?
