How will I help?
As an experienced, results-driven sales leader, you'll lead a team to excel as customer champions.
Working in the competitive lending space, you'll be accountable for implementation and execution of targeted strategies to achieve acquisition goals while delivering best-in-class customer experience.
You'll achieve this through your strong, engaged leadership, bringing out the best in your lenders – so that they can provide the best customer experience for every customer they help.
Your team will rely on your guidance and support.
By leveraging your interpersonal and professional skills, you will ensure that everyone follows your example, providing our customers with the best possible experience.
What do I need?
Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the home lending industry – as you'll be using this to not only grow our lending business share in your area, but to empower your team to grow their own skills as well.
You'll have a passion for coaching and developing others to achieve their full potential.
You'll know how to tap into new business opportunities in your networks and can think strategically to deliver better results, all while possessing the self-motivation that's needed to genuinely lead the way forward.
