Your responsibilities include assessing loan applications and making sound lending decisions based on the documentation provided and compliance with Policy and legislative requirements. About the role You will effectively manage, monitor and prioritise your lending workflow to meet agreed service standards for our Members and demonstrate sound judgement and financial acumen to approve Loans within your Delegated Lending Authority (DLA), contributing to the objectives and goals of the team.
We are looking for: A background in the banking industry, specifically in a Lending related role and ideally with experience with the assessment of Personal Loans. Administration and Customer Service experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of attention to detail. NCCPA Accreditation.
