See more about the role below, including the responsibilities and skills we are looking for.Leisure World - Customer Service Officers (Casual Expressions of interest)Thornlie, AustraliaReference: 6667124Casual roles as requiredGenerous superannuation (up to 16.5%, conditions apply)Interesting and diverse workVibrant team environmentAccess to Leisure World Pool and GymHourly rate $47.29 inclusive of casual loading (weekend penalties apply)About this positionThe City of Gosnells is currently seeking a number of casual Customer Service Officers to join the customer-focused Leisure World team.What we are looking forTo be successful, you must be able to demonstrate:Experience in an aquatic or leisure centre environment (desirable)Previous experience in delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced team environmentKnowledge and experience in cash handling and banking proceduresStrong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with staff and customers from diverse backgrounds, both in person and over the phoneA positive and friendly attitudeCurrent Working with Children CheckCurrent First Aid certificateNational Police Clearance (no more than three months old).
