Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/ Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS What is in it for you: Discounted Hotel Rooms and Food & Beverage rates to employees at our sister properties around the globe.We provide learning programs through our Academies to promote growth and development so that you can perform at your full potential.Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Planet 21 and WATCH.Job Description Assist the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies for leisure packages and services.Prepare and distribute promotional materials, sales kits, and proposals to potential clients.Respond to inquiries from potential clients and provide detailed information about leisure offerings.Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, and individual guests.Follow up with clients post-visit to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.Manage the booking process for leisure packages, including reservations, confirmations, and cancellations.Coordinate with other departments (e.g., front desk, housekeeping, F&B) to ensure seamless service delivery for leisure guests.Maintain accurate records of bookings, client information, and sales activities.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the leisure segment.Maintain an organized database of client contacts and sales leads.Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel's leisure offerings.Address any issues or concerns from leisure guests promptly and professionally.Ensure all guest requests and special arrangements are handled efficiently.Collect and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve leisure services.Qualifications Degree in Hospitality Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or coordination role within the hospitality industry.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.Occasional lifting and carrying of promotional materials and equipment.Additional Information Visa: Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
