You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer
service to ensure that all guests receive an unforgettable
experience.
The primary responsibility of the role will be to
ensure the planning and implementation of stimulating fitness
programs that focus on the developmental needs of your clientele,
with consideration of safe practices and the provision of First Aid
as required.
While, assisting in maintaining the general up-keep
and maintenance of all centre facilities to provide outstanding
customer service as per company standards.

About the role
Supervise facilities, including weights training area to
ensure the highest standard of public safety
Make decisions under pressure, stay alert and vigilant and
manage conflicts.
Assist in maintaining the facility in a clean and safe
condition.
Communicate in a positive manner with patrons and the
broader community whilst contributing to a fun and enjoyable
experience for all patrons.
Respond efficiently and effectively to any medical or
customer related incidents and report to your superior
accordingly.
Plan and deliver stimulating exercise programs to achieve
the development goals of your client
About You
Certificate III/IV in Fitness (or higher)
Senior First Aid and CPR Certification
NSW Working with Children Check
NSW Pool Lifeguard Licence (desirable or a willingness to
obtain this qualification)
