About the Opportunity An exciting opportunity has become available to join our front of house team welcoming locals and tourists alike as a Pool Attendant.

In the role, you will be actively responsible for monitoring and maintaining the safety and cleanliness of our pool and water park aquatic facilities.
You will build positive relationships and interact with guests daily in a respectful, polite and friendly manner, enforcing the pool rules and ensure the facilities are being used safely.
Key responsibilities will include: Providing a high standard of customer service to our guests Supervising guest facilities, interacting, communicating, guiding and setting boundaries and expectations, to ensure the pool rules are followed and a safe environment is maintained Monitoring & Responding to Aquatic Facilities – pool & water park Actively maintaining a clean aquatic environment Completing daily checklists & report issues Assist the front office team with concierge/porter services This is a casual position, working across a 7 day rotating roster.
Flexibility in availability would be highly regarded.
What you'll need to be successful Previous experience in an aquatic or similar role (desirable) Pool Lifeguard qualification, or willing to obtain (essential) First Aid Certificate, or willing to obtain (essential) Valid VIC Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain (essential) Knowledge of pool safety practices & high cleanliness standards Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with guests Full right to work in Australia Valid drivers licence (essential) We are Offering Discounts on RACV products & services, including our portfolio of 9 resorts Uniform provided + subsidised meals while you're on shift Training and development + career opportunities Free roadside assistance The RACV difference Be part of a team who cares.
