We are seeking an experienced and highly successful sales professional to join our team as a Channel Manager to help drive the success of the Leica Geosystems solutions portfolio through a network of channel partners and a team of Segment Managers.
We are open to considering applications from candidates located in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.
What you'll be doing: Develop and execute the business and channel strategies for the ANZ region to drive growth, customer success, profitability, and market share in the Leica Geosystems solutions portfolio. Drive revenue growth, ensuring that all Segment Managers and partners are focused on achieving sales and profitability targets. Ensure alignment of sales initiatives with broader organisational goals. Build strong relationships with channel partners and key accounts. Manage and develop a team of Segment Managers, setting clear performance goals and providing ongoing support to drive growth and high performance. Stay informed on industry trends and competitive dynamics, providing actionable insights to influence product development and go-to-market strategies. Work closely and collaborate with internal teams to align efforts and ensure partner success. Ensure channel partners have the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell and implement our solutions. Identify and commercialise new market opportunities, focusing on high-potential and untapped industry segments. About you: You'll be an experienced and successful sales professional with at least 8 years of experience in channel management, partner sales, or business development in the IT, technology, geospatial services or field solutions sectors. You'll be results-driven, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver strategic solutions.
Qualifications and experience: 8+ years of experience in channel management, partner sales, or business development in the IT, technology, geospatial services or field solutions sectors. Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams. Strong track record in managing and scaling channel partner networks. Exceptional leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
