This is a full-time, 12-month contract position with a view to permanency afterward.

Skills & Experience Reporting directly to the Principal, some of the typical duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Assisting with a range of files under the supervision of an experienced mentor Conducting legal research Drafting correspondence and court documents Liaising with counsel and witnesses in preparation for a hearing, and assisting counsel during trials Attending new client meetings and conferences Other duties and tasks as instructed by the practice manager Key Selection Criteria Law Graduate or recently admitted Lawyer.
