Your key responsibilities: Lead a team of administrative staff and embed and sustain high performance.Work with principals to ensure internal administrative service delivery needs are met.Manage workflow to support client service delivery.Co - ordinate billingManage and reconcile office trust accounts, ensuring compliance with SA regulatory and legal requirements.Facilitate performance improvement through changes to processes and procedures in consultation with stakeholders.Monitor overtime levels to ensure overtime is intermittent rather than a consistent requirement.Advise on and participate in recruitment process as required.Onboard all new Adelaide based staff including training and support.Liaise with Building Management regarding appropriate utilities to support the smooth operation of the office.Assist finance with credit card reconciliation and other Adelaide specific tasks.Responsible for onsite OHS compliance and incident reporting.Coordinate in office events / functions / client meetings within budget.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat you will bring to the role: At least 4 years of experience in a legal administrative position.At least 2 years of experience leading and managing an administrative team.Demonstrated ability to lead, guide and mentor others.Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Strong service delivery focus being motivated by outcomes and getting a quality job done.Experience with Elite 3E is an advantage.Sound knowledge of legal documentation and procedures.Excellent written and verbal communication skills that are adaptable to the audience.Self-motivated and able to work at pace.You'll have strong MS Office proficiency, impeccable organisation and self-management skills with a strong ability to prioritise your day and tasks. We also value a sense of humour and the ability to make the office an enjoyable and friendly place to work.
