Legal Secretary Traineeship Program This is a 12-month program that will commence in July 2024. Thistraineeship will see you working in a team environment providingadministrative and secretarial support to fee earners of varyingseniority (including principal level). During the program you willrotate across our three legal divisions with key responsibilities including:
Opening and closing filesDrafting legal documents and correspondencePreparing briefs to counselEnd of month billing and reportingDiary management and arranging appointmentsLiaising with clients via email and phone; andLearning & Development The program is designed to give you exposure to a broad range ofskills and experiences as a Legal Secretary. As part of thetraineeship, you will complete a Diploma of Business (or similar) withAustralian Careers Business College.
You will meet regularly with your assigned supervisor, and you willalso have the support of a buddy for the entirety of the program.
