The role provides legal assistance to a Partner and Lawyers of a Boutique Law Firm.The FirmWe are a city-based law practice that is fast growing and seeks an enthusiastic Legal Secretary with 3+ years' experience to join their team.We have a strong team-based culture with the goal to provide a refreshing client experience.DutiesPreparing legal documents and filing court orders.Readying materials, fact checking, researching and compiling information.Communicating with lawyers, conveyancers, and clients to keep everyone up to date.Opening files, preparing cost agreements, archiving, and filing.Assistance to Partner – diary and email management, login and password management, to-do lists.General all round administrative assistance to the Partner and lawyers.About YouYou must have legal secretary experience.Reliable, excellent communication, professional presentation and solution focused.High level of organisation and prioritisation.Take initiative, be proactive and work independently.Willingness to learn.High knowledge of Microsoft Office Software and LEAP Legal Software or similar is preferred.The Law practice areas includeProperty Sales, Leasing and DevelopmentCommercial and CorporateLitigationFamily & ChildrenThis is a full-time position with normal business hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm.Salary to be negotiated based on experience.Please note: this role is not a general administration role and requires someone with 3+ years of legal secretary experience.
