About the role We are currently looking for a legal secretary/paralegal to join our team.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
Filing and file management Drafting correspondence and Court documents Client involvement and liaison Monthly billing Typing and dictation Time sheet data entry Diary management Preparation and collation of briefs Other general secretarial/PA duties as required Benefits and perks A supportive and positive team environment, including a staff breakfast and lunch bar.

Skills and experience Ideally you will have:
Experience as a Legal Secretary Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment and manage competing deadlines and priorities A strong working knowledge of core MS Office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook) A fast and accurate typing speed Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Be motivated and demonstrate initiative Experience with LexisNexis Affinity will be highly regarded
