The Role

As an Office Coordinator/Legal Secretary you will support one of the Directors who practices in commercial property (80% of his workload) and succession law (20% of his workload). Duties include -


Dictation, online searches, general PA dutiesAssist the Director with yearly QLS processes for the firm.Answering phones and being the first point of contact for clients.Assist with general and trust account banking matters, receipting, and drawing of cheques.Invoicing, aged debtors, and reports for work in progress.Liaise with the Directors on all management matters.Ensure office procedures stay up to date.Safe custody and archiving duties.Ordering stationery, office supplies, and coordinating office maintenance and supplier duties.Attending to all other general administration duties. Your experience

You will have a minimum of 5 years legal secretarial experience. Some property legal secretarial experience as well as trust accounting experience is also preferred. Leap experience is also preferred but not essential.

The Law Firm / Salary

Well established law firm based at Eight Mile Plains. Have 8 staff. Free parking available. Salary up to $85,000 + Superannuation dependent upon experience.
