Legal Secretary - Northshore

We are calling in an experienced Career Legal Secretary to join a small and friendly law firm based on the Upper Northshore.
Our client offers support across Conveyancing, Family Law, Wills and Estate Planning.

As an important collaborator to the partner and team, you will ensure streamlined processes are met, implemented with a fresh wave of innovation and a positive mindset.
THE POSITION: The Legal Secretary is responsible for supporting the partner and harmonising the daily legal admin with ease and grace.
The role involves:  Preparation of sensitive legal documents, reports and presentations Building strong relationships with internal and external parties  Maintaining confidentiality, with high level of integrity and loyalty All general ad hoc administration tasks, billings and Invoices Diary Management, coordinating meetings and logistics  YOU: Grounded and established legal secretary MUST have at least 2+ years legal experience  Switched on, self managed, highly organised, strong attention to detail Lead with a friendly, warm and nurturing heart and attitude  Positive energy, smiles, a love for building strong relationships  MUST have full working rights in Australia WHY YOU WILL LOVE THIS ROLE: Superb Package, increase your abundance potential  Work close to home, close to public transport and shops Varied role were two days will never be the same Full Time or Part Time hours available Enjoy a friendly atmosphere, sociable culture, work life balance Contact me, Briana Cowell.
