We'd like to be part of it and for you to be part of ours.We have an opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Insurance team working with Yvette McLaughlin in Brisbane.More about the team and the workThis role will support a busy, high-volume practice. Your day-to-day tasks will include client management, client reporting, file management, assisting with client updates on legal developments, coordinating meetings and diaries, end of month billing, and other varied administrative tasks.You will work collaboratively in a team environment with additional administrative team members, using robust processes and excellent software systems.This role is permanent, full-time, working in the office 8.30am – 5pm with an hour for lunch.More about youYou will have worked 2+ years as a legal assistant or secretary and have experience supporting multiple lawyers in a large, dynamic team.You are organised, diligent, and have good communication skills.What Sparke Helmore can offer youOur culture is one which values and celebrates diversity to better represent the communities in which we live and work.
