With a unique culture, the firm is recognised as a place where people are supported and love to work.Our RoleOur highly reputable Insurance and Risk team is seeking a full-time Legal Secretary with 4+ years' experience in defendant insurance, who is dedicated to providing exceptional support and bringing enthusiasm and passion to their role.Working collaboratively in a team of three full-time Secretaries, supported by two part-time Secretaries, your key responsibilities will include:taking telephone calls;arranging appointments and diary management;file management;document compilation;invoicing;other ad hoc administrative tasks.The ideal candidate will be proactive, have terrific attention to detail, and be willing to form part of a social but hard-working environment.If you are someone who takes their work seriously but doesn't take themselves too seriously, someone who looks for solutions rather than problems and someone who never says 'that's not part of my job', then HopgoodGanim is the right firm for you.
