Legal Secretary Sippy Downs, Full Time, Legal Vacancy Listing Dates 21/11/2024 to 19/12/2024 Please Quote Reference Number 98483 Experienced Legal Secretary Remuneration - $73,500 - $80,000 Join the APB Group - Role located in Sippy Downs APB Group are currently looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Immigration team based in Sippy Downs.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have a diploma level equivalent or higher qualification and at least three years of relevant post-qualification employment experience.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to : Answering telephone calls, responding to inquiries and redirecting callers; Applying knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, policies and documents; Greeting clients, ascertaining the nature their enquiry and directing visitors to appropriate persons; Handling bookkeeping and financial functions; Liaising with other staff to arrange consultations; Maintaining records of consultations and company diaries and registers; Performing dictation functions, secretarial, clerical and administrative tasks in support of our Immigration Legal Professionals; Preparing correspondence and reports and processing incoming and outgoing mail, filing correspondence and maintaining records.
A remuneration package between $73,500 - $80,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
This is a full time role, an immediate start is available.
