Your new company Well established dynamic law firm, based in Kotara, Newcastle.
We are looking for an experienced, reliable and organised Legal Secretary to join our busy law team.
The position is full-time.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to multitask, prioritise and work under solicitor supervision, as part of a team, and independently when required.
Your new role Some of your responsibilities will include:
Managing emails and diaries, including diarising critical dates.Liaising with clients, lawyers and other professionals.Entering client and file data into our Document Management System.Drafting basic correspondence.File Management (electronic and paper files).Your skills and experience 1+ year experience as a legal secretary.Accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to monitor time and meet deadlines.Your next step Does this sound like something you are interested in?
