Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, including preparing, reviewing, and filing legal documents (e.g., contracts, pleadings, motions, and correspondence).Organise and maintain legal files (physical and digital) in an efficient and orderly manner, ensuring compliance with office and legal standards.Manage and schedule appointments, client meetings and other important events.Coordinate calendars and ensure that deadlines, court dates, and meetings are met.Serve as a liaison between clients and court personnel, effectively communicating on behalf of attorneys.Assist with legal billing processes, including timekeeping, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records.Handle sensitive client information with the utmost discretion and in compliance with privacy regulations.Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing emails, and filing documents.What does the ideal candidate look like?
