Legal Secretary to join a Property Team | Brisbane CBD | Mid-Tier National Firm

Join the Property Team of this prestigious National Law Firm in their Brisbane CBD office. Support a Partner and a team of Lawyers at this firm, where your skills & development will be a priority.

The Role

You will play a crucial role in supporting a senior Partner and be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and organising legal documents. The position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively. Your duties will include:
Speaking with national clients. Preparing and amending legal documents. Online searches. Drafting routine correspondence. Client billing and client reporting. Expense reconciliation. Diary and email management. Ad-hoc administrative tasks. Skills & Experience

The successful candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2 years Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant experience, ideally in a property team.

Additionally, you will:
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, show initiative and work independently. Be highly organised, with meticulous attention to detail. Benefits & Culture
