Legal Secretary - Family Law

It's All About You... This is a great opportunity for an experienced and motivated Family Law Legal Secretary to join this highly regarded Specialist Family Law firm and further develop their career in Family Law. Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a Partner & Special Counsel , some of your duties will include, but not be limited to: Diary management and arranging appointments Word processing and dictaphone typing of legal documents and general correspondence E-filing and indexing of original legal documents Taking telephone calls and assisting where appropriate with enquiries Assisting with preparation of documents for court hearings Liaising with clients General administrative tasks (some relief reception may also be required)

Skills and experience we'd love...

The successful candidate will have a minimum of four years experience as a Legal Secretary as well as: Previous legal secretarial experience in family law is ESSENTIAL Advanced MS Word and typing skills A keen eye for detail The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Excellent inter-personal skills
