Legal Secretary – Class Actions

William Roberts Lawyers is seeking a motivated Legal Secretary to join our firm on a Full Time basis.
Reporting to the People and Performance Advisor and Partners, you will play a pivotal role in the administration and daily duties of the team.
The Role Assisting with Diary and File ManagementFiling, e-filing, and archivingAssisting in opening and maintaining client files using the document management system including conflict checks, searches, data forms, contacts, and partiesAssisting the team in preparing court and other legal documents and correspondenceProviding administrative support to legal professionals and Business support professionalsAbout you Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and in particular, OutlookCommunication and interpersonal skillsThe desire to work in a dynamic environmentPrior office experience is essentialWilliam Roberts Lawyers is a growing commercial dispute resolution and litigation firm with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Singapore.
