About the role An exciting career opportunity exists in our busy Melbourne office for an experienced full-time Legal Secretary in our Builders Warranty practice group. Some of your duties will include: Collating and editing court documents, including 'splitting' electronic files File management, including opening new files and closing/archiving concluded matters Drafting correspondence and documents, briefs to Counsel and briefs to medical experts Filing documents with the Courts Telephone calls to clients, Courts, other law firms and third parties Monthly billing, including invoicing and preparation of bills.
