Are you a resourcer in legal recruitment or a legal recruitment consultant looking to move into a candidate-focused recruitment role?
This legal resourcer role will give you the opportunity to build a resourcing and research function for a legal recruitment consultancy which specializes in placing Associates within US and UK law firms' London offices.
The primary focus of this brand new opening is to work closely with the directors and senior legal recruitment consultants on non-retained, contingent assignments, building a pipeline of Associates for current and future projects.
As the firm grows, you will be in a position where you can build and mentor a team of less experienced resourcers.
This is a business which strongly believes in providing the highest quality recruitment solutions to its prestigious legal client base which includes Magic and Silver Circle firms.
It is looking for a resourcer, researcher, or legal recruitment consultant who shares that ethos.
There is an excellent package on offer which includes a base up to £70k complemented by a personal commission structure which is not reliant on your candidate being placed. You will be rewarded for introducing new candidates to the business whether they are placed or not. If they are placed, then you will be paid additional commission.
