About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and proactive Receptionist to join a well-regarded national law firm based in Brisbane.
This full-time position is perfect for someone who thrives in a professional setting and enjoys engaging with clients and staff at all levels.
Key Responsibilities Your role will include: Managing phone calls, including Brisbane and overflow national calls, through an ARC Cisco system.
Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and ensuring a positive first impression.
Booking, setting up, and maintaining meeting rooms for client meetings and internal events.
Assisting with event setup, including catering and beverage services.
Handling deliveries, mail distribution, photocopying, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
About You We are seeking a candidate with: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A friendly and professional demeanor with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
Basic computer skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
A proactive and personable approach, capable of working well in a team.
