Peter May McAuliffe Legal, a busy and dynamic boutique law firm located in Busselton and Margaret River, is seeking a full-time receptionist primarily based in Busselton with availability to work from our Margaret River office at least once a week.We are seeking a friendly, well-presented, well-organised, professional person to join our team. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a receptionist role is preferred; however, training will be available for the right candidate.Whilst reception duties will form your main area of focus, you will be required to assist the Paralegals and Solicitors in other duties.Your responsibilities will include:Management of incoming calls for both offices;Management of appointments and solicitors' diary;Greeting and attending to clients;Ability to effectively manage a high volume of emails and phone calls on a daily basis;Ability to manage difficult situations and conversations alongside working with client's individual circumstances;Collection and processing of mail, deliveries, and banking;Back up Dictaphone typing, amending correspondence and documents;Scanning and photocopying;Filing and archiving;Collating documents for signing;Providing support to staff members at all levels.The successful person must have:Excellent time management and prioritisation skills;An ability to work well under pressure and to multitask with conflicting priorities;Exceptional phone manner;Excellent customer service and communication skills;Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative and be proactive;Accuracy and minimum typing speed of 55wpm;Must be computer literate and be proficient in Microsoft Office (including Outlook and calendar), Excel, and Adobe;Exceptional attention to detail and be highly organised;To be a team player who is honest and reliable;Experience as a legal receptionist is an advantage.All applicants must include a covering letter and a copy of your current resume.
