This pivotal role will provide QA of the External Panel of Lawyers for our Professional Indemnity and Liability Claims teams. Due to the nature of our claims, a significant proportion of them are referred to our external lawyers for advice on indemnity, liability, quantum, and strategy, as well as to manage litigated claims, Disciplinary Hearings and complex non-litigated claims.In this role you will monitor the quality of the legal services provided including quality of advice, strategy and commercial matter management, and our consultants' responsiveness and if appropriate, challenge, to that advice.
