Our Strathpine Office seeks a skilled Family Law advocate.
Your experience with Family Law casework and hopefully success with matters to hearings (Family, Domestic Violence, etc.)
is essential.
An interest in developing skills in Child Protection matters will be well rewarded.
Your commitment to social justice and occasional support for your peers may also provide minor Criminal Law work opportunities – e.g., Duty Lawyer matters in Domestic Violence/Youth matters.
For the experienced Legal Practitioner, ATSILS also provides opportunities for Specialisation as an Independent Children's Lawyer and Separate Representative supporting attendance at LAQ required events and ongoing practice.
