Legal Practice Manager

Details of the offer

Snowy Hydro is a dynamic, integrated energy business that has been providing on-demand, reliable energy to Australia for generations. Snowy Hydro owns and operates a powerful combination of generation assets, including the mighty Snowy Mountains Scheme, gas and diesel plants, and contracted wind and solar energy. We also provide electricity and gas to over 1 million retail customers through our retail brands Red Energy and Lumo Energy. Snowy 2.0 is Australia's largest committed renewable energy project. This nation-building project will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.
The role: We are seeking an organised and proactive Legal Practice Manager to join Snowy Hydro's Legal and Regulatory team. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, you will be responsible for practice management and ensuring the Legal and Regulatory teams are running smoothly at all times.
Further responsibilities include coordinating legal and regulatory reports for Board and Committee meetings, and maintaining Snowy's legal matter management system and relevant registers. You will also provide administration support to the wider team and assist in preparing documentation such as presentations, training material, and invoices. Your ability to identify areas of improvement, thinking beyond the task at hand, will help you succeed in this role.
This is a part time, permanent role based out of Sydney in our Walsh Bay office.
We are looking for: A senior administration background with a minimum of 3 years' experience in executive assistant or legal secretarial/practice manager roles
Ability to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines
Strong technical skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft products. Google products experience is also favourable
Ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Exceptional time management and organisation skills
Accurate typing skills with a high attention to detail who takes pride in their work
Someone who is personable and approachable, who clearly demonstrates the Snowy values
If you feel that you have what we're looking for, please apply now!
